For package pricing includes, setting up, duration of the event (2 hours) and also dismantling of displays. Transportation of flowers.

For Display only where we will packaged the bouquets in advance and display at the stands provided by you and your guests can self serve from the bar.

To add Florists on site option where the flowers will be wrapped on the spot. Wedding guests can choose their choice flowers provided. We also has an option to add more than one helper on site to expedite the wrapping process. We recommend for pax of 100 or more  to add at least 2 florists to keep your guests from waiting too long in queue.

Event Set up

The fresh flowers will be set up in vases on tables. For the prepackaged bouquets will be in wooden crates or baskets. The table will be covered with table cloths. We will do the decor on the bar table/ space only. 

Flower details

Each bouquet will at least consist of 1 main flower, 1 foliage and 1 filler. 

The bouquets are wrapped in kraft paper and secured with jute strings. If you require to attach stickers bearing your event theme, please let us know, so that we can help you to attach in advance. 

If sticker printing is needed, email us for detailed quotation.(optional) 

How to reserve and book your event

Select the pax number on the display option with or without on site florists. Add to cart. 

Select Shipping instead for the delivery method so that the event date can be reserved. 

Then select Event Date option. 

Enter the specific time of your event in the remarks box.

Don't forget to enter the address of the venue. 

We will contact you via email upon receiving your order with within 24hours.

Things to include in the remarks :

1. What are the flowers you prefer. 
2. What are the flowers you do not want in the event. 

*Do note that the flowers you chose might not be available due to seasons. We will do our best to accommodate and provide similar type/ colours available for you. If you have no particular preferences, we will use suitable florals for your colour theme chosen in omakase style. 

*Terms and conditions: 

Extra furnitures e.g. table required will be additional of $20.

Extra of $50/ hour for extension at bar services on the day of event will be charged to total bill. 

At least an hour for set up and removal of displays.

Types of flowers will be subject to availability but we will do our best to match your theme of the event.

Vouchers code (if any) will be given only after full payment received.

In the event of any change after confirmation, we are regret to inform you that we are not able to refund deposits/ payments which are being placed to order the item in event of the original schedule. But we understand plans might change but do let us know asap so we can help you arrange the schedule whenever possible. 

Extra costs will / might incur for preparations the new dates which subjects to  availability of our schedule.
